it's very dificult to create a system of art purely from the ground up, but it's equally difficult to parse out the differences between one tradition and another to decipher what may or may not be authentic.
earlier today I read an interesting rebuttle of Kenneth Grant, which lead me to wonder why the bother? of course, I fell out of a hole in the sky, more or less, and I'm used to thinking of things as having arisen from nothing, spontaneously
