County Coroner Mark Young last week ruled Rardin died from "removal of his internal organs by an organ recovery team." He said two western Colorado hospitals failed to properly declare the man brain dead before his heart and other organs were removed.In a statement Tuesday, Young questioned the fairness of the review and complained that he was not allowed to present any findings to the panel.
