There is a media lockdown on the election fraud here. It was huge, and systemic, and they have been practicing for this for a few years, and replacing voting machines to allow it to happen.

Bush did not win the election.

Three congressmen, including the Detroit one, John Conyers, have called for a massive investigation by the Government Accounting Office. One of the Florida candidates has given evidence to the FBI about this, including how it was done, and who was involved. The main stream media has been shut down, they can't report it. There was a massive storming of the Ohio Capital Nov 3 by hundreds of people to protest the fraud, and it didn't make the papers.

I was good friends in college with one of the on-air reporters on National Public Radio who changed jobs after the bill clinton/monica lewinsky media circus. I emailed him to see if he could put the issue in front of an NPR reporter, maybe they could cover it.

This is what he sent back:
... And I know, the reporting in the U.S. has been dismal, not only at NPR but also the New York Times. I'll take a careful look at what you've got on your site. I'm sure I can't get anyone at NPR to pay attention. (I mean, one of the reasons I felt I couldn't stay there was that they covered Monica Lewinsky as if it were a legitimate subset of the Whitewater investigation.) They hammered Clinton and have given Bush a pass, all in the name of appearing non-partisan. In other words, I'm sure that the reason you're not hearing this stuff on NPR is not because they're unaware of it.

What I'm asking you to do is push to get this covered in your media at home. It's a start. We need world press on the situation here.

Blog about it. Spread it on other forums. I have the very beginnings of a summary on
my site but that's only the tip of the iceberg. The roughest estimate based on exit polling is that 8 million votes were manufactured, and this is in addition to the number of democrats that were not allowed to vote - which was huge.

And if anyone here, US citizen or not, wants to help in the effort to crunch numbers going down to the precinct level, they are asking for us to join as an army of statisticians and spread sheet geeks at www.blackboxvoting.org.

Some of this is covered in the votergate thread, but I know those of you who are sick of politics aren't reading that stuff anymore.
