Using lifestream technologies online is one of the trends I predicted early on, and the development of these mashups of social networks, social media, and status update trackers has exploded over the last few months. Friendfeed, Posterous, and Tumblr are three great examples of this kind of lifestream application, although we’re now seeing more and more social networks incorporating lifestreams into their own networking features.
